Volunteer Days

Every team member receives a paid day off each year to volunteer with causes that matter. Whether it’s planting native trees, removing invasive weeds, or serving meals, volunteering is how we live our values and contribute to a better working world—together.

VOLUNTEER staff

Conservation Volunteers Australia

The Sydney team had an awesome volunteer day at Rickaby’s Creek Reserve as part of an initiative run by Conversation Volunteers Australia, removing a variety of destructive weeds. All with the aim of increasing the woodland’s resilience and protect its biodiversity from the recurring threat of weed invasion. This project was made possible with support from Penrith City Council and the NSW Environmental Trust.

KITCHEN HELP

Bill Crews

We’re proud to support the incredible work of the Bill Crews Foundation, a Sydney-based organisation dedicated to helping people experiencing homelessness, disadvantage, and hardship. Through their iconic Loaves & Fishes Free Restaurant, the Foundation serves thousands of hot meals each week—no questions asked. Our Sydney team are regular volunteers, rolling up their sleeves to help prep food and support the kitchen crew. It’s a hands-on way we live our values and contribute to a better working world, one meal at a time.

Conservation Volunteers New Zealand

We work with Conservation Volunteers to take part in multiple planting and maintenance days across New Zealand. These hands-on experiences not only support biodiversity and carbon capture—they also strengthen our connection to the land and each other (even in the rain!).
