| Our service policy includes delivery, returns, refund and privacy policies,forming a normal part of our trading terms and conditions. By using this website, you agree to our terms of access as listed here and under the links Delivery, Returns, Privacy and Disclaimer. Payment Please have your credit card details ready when placing your order. Payment can be made by MasterCard or Visa.  The transaction will always be in Australian dollars. GST is included in garment prices. When finalising your order you may need to enter an email address.This will be used to send you an email confirmation of your order. Be very careful to enter this address correctly. If you do not receive an email confirming your order please contact Deane Apparel as soon as possible. Back orders While we endeavour to ensure all of our products are available at all times, it is difficult to predict market demand. A Back Order situation may occur for any item due to its popularity. If any item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within two working days via email. You will be provided the future shipment date (back order date), and you will receive your order approximately 7 working days after that date. If you wish to change or cancel your order you may do so at any time. You can also choose to have what is available for your order delivered first, leaving the back order to be delivered at the later shipment date. Care instructions All of our products have a fabric content label and relevant wash and care instructions with them. To ensure you get the maximum benefit from your purchase,please read them carefully before use. |
